Changing delivery address after your order has been dispatched will incur a $25 charge from the courier.

Please inspect the package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged but the contents look unaffected, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Due to safety concerns, courier drivers have the right to refuse delivery if the property has an aggressive dog or a "Beware of the dog" sign. In this instance, you'll be required to pickup your order from the nearest post office.
