Returning an item


We want to make sure you bought the products that you like and sometimes that means a change of mind.

If you wish to return any of the items in your order we will offset a refund within 30 days of your purchase, but before you send us back the item - please check the following:

The item needs to be in as-new condition, this means:

  • in original packing, otherwise no refund.
  • Unused
  • All tags and labels attached


Also, please know that we're unable to accept returns for the following products:

  • all grocery products
  • all beauty products
  • clearance items


If the item(s) are not received into our warehouse in the original condition (unopened, unused, all tags and labels attached) we wont be able to offer any refund.

Return shipping is at buyer's cost. Any postage will not be refunded (if any).

A refund to your original payment card will be processed once our team confirms the issue. You will receive an email for records once it's been processed.

Submitting a warranty claim


Our products are from the original manufacturer or approved distributor and comes with a full manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Warranty periods differ between brands and products, so please check your specific product. You'll find more information on the relevant product details page on our website, or included in the paperwork that comes with your item.


Damaged item during transit


All products we dispatch are packed in durable packaging to protect the goods inside. Items are checked prior to packaging and are handled with great carem to ensure each item is dispatched in as good condition as possible. 
However, on the rare occurrence that the items you purchased is damaged upon arrival, please use the form above.
